Piloswine Moveset and EVs Help?

As a few people here already know I have a caught a shiny Piloswine(not hacked). I have done nothing with it and I am kinda stumped over what to do with it. I have not Ev trained, taught it new moves, or given it any exp. Here are the trait, IVs, nature, and Lv of it.

kinda sucks right? But it is shiny so who cares. I can use all the help you can give please.

(I am allowed to ask this question because it is pertaining to the moveset/EVs of a particular piloswine not just any)

If you’re going to to make competitive, then the Standard Thick Fat sets found on most Piloswine won’t be available. So, here’s a moveset (For NU tier):

Defensive:
