Pokemon B/W special trades?

Hey, I was wondering if there are any charecters in pokemon Black/White who will trade unique pokemon. For example, in Sinnoh there was a girl who trades you a chatot with the special move “chatter” which only he can learn. Are there any special trades like this in Unova?
