Pokemon for status moves?

Hi!

When I was planning my team for OR/AS I thought I wanted some Pokemon that can use a lot of status moves (non-damaging more precisely), since I think they are very fun. So what are some good Pokemon that can use moves like Encore, Yawn, Confuse Ray, Disable, and so on?

I’ve found a Pokemon that can use all four of the moves you listed! The Pokemon that has the award for the most headaches ever, Psyduck! He gets Disable at Lvl 11, and All three other moves can be obtained by breeding with lapras, vulpix, watchog for Confuse Ray.For Encore Emolga, or oshawott. He also getsHypnosisFrom The poliwag line, spinda, watchog and inkay.Finally he gets yawn from the Slowpoke line, quagsire, dunsparce, bidoof and bibarel, Hippotas and hippowdown also get yawn.However, All these moves can be easily bred onto psyduck with the Pokemon Smeargle as it is capable to learn every move with sketch.
