Pokemon Home Transfer to Pokemon Sword and Shield?

Hey guys I was wondering about the transferring process between Pokémon home and Pokémon sword and shield. I have a level 60 dragapult and a level 100 melmetal I want to transfer to Pokémon sword and shield. I’m relatively new to the game and haven’t registered every Pokémon in my pokedex yet including dragapult and melmetal and I haven’t beaten the game. Is there some restriction to bringing these Pokémon into the game in terms of that it needs to be registered into my pokedex? Also my Pokémon are only level 45 so will obedience vary depending on the gyms I’ve defeated?

For example: is it completely possible to transfer my level 60 dragapult to a bacicly a new Pokémon Shield account, or is there a restriction?Thanks!

No. You can transfer any Pokemon in Sword and Shield, even if it isn’t in your Pokedex.

Yes. You need to obtain a specific number of Gym Badges for Pokemon of a certain level to obey you.

You can transfer it, but it won’t obey you until later in the game.
