[POKEMON SHOWDOWN] Can Volcanion have the following abilities?

Recently I just went on a Metronome Battle streak, and then this guy came in with two shiny Volcanion with the following abilities:

• Lightning Rod• Magic Bounce

I don’t know how that’s possible, is it because Metronome Battles allow AAA (Almost Any Ability) or what? I’ve been playing Metronome Battles for quite a while, and I haven’t seen a single user using a Lighting Rod or Magic Bounce Volcanion.

As you can see, at Turn 3, the first Volcanion responded to Shock Wave with the Lightning Rod ability, and in Turn 5, Growl was countered with the Magic Bounce ability.

Any explanations?
