Pokemon suggestions

I need a Pokemon who fits these conditions:

These are all great pokemon. I would choose Miltank or Celebi, beause I feel Umbreon is better at stall walling than being a cleric. Personally, I don’t like Lickilicky because the design is weird.. but that’s just me.

Celebi is a nice one. I would use Celebi because it’s one of my favorite pokemon. But again, that’s just me. Here’s a set I use:

Celebi @ LeftoversTrait: Natural CureEVs: 252 HP / 160 Def / 96 SDefBold Nature (+Def, -Atk)- Leech Seed- Perish Song- Heal Bell- Psychic

Leech Seed and Leftovers heal you for about 18.85% each turn, or something like that. Perish Song forces switches nicely, and works great if they’re the last pokemon. Heal Bell, because it’s a cleric. And Psychic for STAB and to not be murdered by Taunt.

This is a kind of Tankish set. It has Heal Bell to rid your team of Statuses, and Milk Drink combined with leftovers to let you heal up. Return and Body Slam are for STAB, and Earthquake because it’s Earthquake. High Base power and High accuracy.

Lickilicky isn’t working for me on PO. It’s not letting it learn Heal Bell…Anyway, I’ll be nice and give you the link here to the Lickilicky moveset question.
