Problem with getting my Friend Code in Pokemon Black 2?

When I try to get my Friend Code In Pokemon Black 2 it says to log in to my WFC, but I do not know what that meant.

I looked up on how to get it, and it said to go to the Pokemon Centre and go to the lady in the middle.

When I did that it said “Welcome to the Pokemon WiFi Club. Would you like to use nintendo Wi-Fi Connection?”

With my Wi-Fi on and connected to my Wi-Fi router she said " …Oh? I’m sorry, but you don’t have any friends registered in your Pal Pad. The Wi-Fi Club cannot be used if no friend are in your Pal Pad. Would you like to get your own friend code at least?"

I said yes and she said “Would you like to launch Nintendo WFC?” once again I said yes then It asked “If I would like to save the game?” I said yes, then it she “Right this way please.”

Once I was in the elevator a box popped up which said “Nintendo WiFi connection treats your save data and Nintendo DSi System as set. Save this nintendo DSi system’s Wi-Fi user Information to this save data and connect to Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection?” and I said yes.

As of this moment, the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection has been taken down. Due to Gamespy closing down all of their functions, Nintendo has had to close the online features of all DS & Wii games. This affects the games Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, SoulSilver, Battle Revolution, Black, White, Black 2, White 2 and several spin-off titles. The online functions of these games will unfortunately not return. 3DS and Wii U titles, including Pokémon X & Y, Pokémon Bank and Poké Transporter are unaffected by this.

You cannot use the Wifi services of Nintendo DS and Wii games anymore, which is the reason why you cannot obtain a Friend Code anymore.
