Pros and Cons of using Serperior?

I really want to use Serperior competitively. It just seems that it gets outclassed by Pokemon such as Sceptile or Torterra. What is the best way I can use it as a sweeper in today’s X/Y Competitive Battle Scene?

Personally, I do this thing getting a lot more use. Contrary Leaf Storm will get it a lot of attention and it might become a premier sweeper in the lower tiers.

Another Edit: k I guess Serperior isn’t as great as its Special Attack is actually 75. At least it can still take hits (thanks Fizz).

Yeah, it is 100% outclassed. But since you asked…

Its stats just aren’t impressive enough, it is walled easily, and its offensive movepool is non-existent. Don’t use it over other Grass Pokemon that should be used like Venusaur and Breloom.
