Pyroar or Flareon in Gen 6? (Kalos)?

I want to know because I want to complete a Pokémon tram with a fire type, but I want to know which one!

They both work in-game. However, I would choose Pyroar. It can be obtained earlier, has a slightly better movepool, and is faster than Flareon. Here’s a potential set:

Pyroar @ Silk Scarf / CharcoalAbility: doesn’t matter- Flamethrower- Dark Pulse- Hyper Voice- filler
