Should I use Primal Kyogre or Mega Rayquaza?

Thinking about fighting people with well-set teams, I want to be prepared so which is better? Primal Kyogre or Mega Rayquaza?

Kyogre @ Blue Orb / Leftovers (Bulky Special Sweeper)Modest EVs: 252 SpA, 252 Spe, 4 HP or 252 SpA, 252 HP, 4 DefOrigin Pulse / Surf (If using x and y)Water Spout / Hidden power Ground (To Beat Groudon) / RestThunder / Sleep TalkCalm mindSo for this set set some calm mind up (primal kyogre with 2 calm minds with full sp.atk at lv 100 takes its sp atk over 1000 I think) and sweep. rest if you have low hp.

So if you need a fast sweeper then take rayquaza and if you need some bulk then kyogres the way to go.
