The best choice would beMegahornas it does not have the disadvantage of locking such a slow Pokemon into one easily Countered Move such asOutrage, while also offering more Coverage other than what Earthquake already does. In addition to that, he would need Megahorn to put a decent dent into Tangrowth, the premier Physically Defensive Wall of the RU TIer and one Pokemon that he can counter with theSap SipperAbility. Here is a better Set that can turn your Bouffalant to a manly killing machine:
