T-Bolt or Charge Beam on Meloetta?

So in UU my Meloetta currently has this moveset:

Meloetta @ LeftoversTrait: Serene GraceEVs: 124 HP / 252 SDef / 132 SpdCalm Nature- Calm Mind- Substitute- Psychic- Focus Blast

Well I’m thinking of replacing Focus Blast for an electric move, and I can’t decide on Charge Beam, which could be useful if I want to quickly boost my SpA without Calm Mind, or Thunderbolt, which has a chance to paralyze and more power in the first place.So in the end….

I agree that thunderbolt is way better than charge beam and also has a chance to paralyse.You could simply start up with calm mind and your thunderbolt wil become almost the power of thunder.Charge beam a rather okay move which has a 70% chance in raising your SpA.But also see the PP for both the moves.Thunderbolt can have a max of 24 pp while charge beam can have a max of 16 pp.I would go forthunderboltfor more reliability.

I’d go with T-bolt. It has higher power by 40, and it has a chance o paralize. SO, in my opinon, I’d go with thunderbolt.
