Well all of youre pokemon have awfull natures so if you are willing to breed or catch and evolve them all again then here are the natures and moves that I think you need to get :

porygon2-modest tri attack,conversion,psychic,signal beam

staraptor-admant fly\arielace\brave bird\sky attack(move touter),roost(if brave bird)\agilety,close combet,take down(if useing roost)\u-turn

empoleon-mild\lonely arielace\pluck,hydro pump\surf,earthquake,flash cannon\ice beam

luxaray-admant thunder fang,ice fang(only by breeding)\magnet raise(move touter),crunch,iron tail\swagger\charge

alakazam-timid psychic,calm mind,fire punch,signal beam(i cant help you much with alakazam)
