Vikavolt vs Volcarona: Special Bug Types?

So I have a Competetive team for battles vs my friends on the 3DS and I need to decide between Vikavolt and Volcarona. Can’t be bothered to breed anything else, but both are 5IVs (minus Attack) - which do I use?

Vikavolt @ Choice SpecsAbility: LevitateEVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpDModest Nature- Volt Switch- Energy Ball- Bug Buzz- Roost

Pros- a slow Volt Switch- unbelievably high Special AttackCons- Slow. Really Really Slow.- not brilliant HP

Pros- good Special Attack- Nice movepoolCons- will die vs ANY PHYSICAL ATTACKER EVER- Rock types

Volcarona is far superior compared to Vikavolt. Its special attack is almost as good and it has a way better speed stat, which is important for a special sweeper. Volcarona also has access to the move Quiver Dance, which is a really solid move and you should swap one of your moves for it. Vikavolt will only get one or two hits in before going down because of its slow speed. Volcarona on the other hand is a very deadly sweeper. It is also worth to mention that Volcarona is in Smogon’s OU tier where it is one of the top threats, while Vikavolt is in NU.
