What are all the gym leaders whose highest level Pokemon* was introduced in an earlier generation than that gym leader?

Please do not include game remakes like ORAS.

If there are any, please list them all. The only one I can think of now is Juan.*on their gym team. I know weird stuff happens on rematch teams.
