What are all the moves, items and abilities that involve critical hits?

I’m trying to make a Gym Leader who doesn’t revolve around a single type but a game mechanic. That being Critical Hits. I’m trying to make a handful of Pokemon right now for their team but I can’t think of anything other than these three Pokemon.
