Mega Gengar can put a huge hole in teams with its “Perish Song + Shadow Tag” strategy. First it uses Perish Song, and Shadow Tag locks in the other Pokemon. Then when perish song is over, Gengar switches out, and the other Pokemon has nothing to do but DIE. Why do you think it was banned to Ubers?The set:
