What are some good stalling Pokémon?
Only one I can think of on top off my head is Skarmory with Toxic.

It’s not like this is a super-annoying-impossible-to-beat-stall, but it’s pretty solid and can deal with at least 2 Pokemon before fainting. I don’t know if I really need to explain the moves. I think you can figure it out. Use Protect for a free healing turn, or Toxic for extra damage. Great set.

This is more of a troll to me. Block makes it so they can’t switch out on you, so as soon as you set up Stockpile, spam Recover and annoying them until they rage quit. That’s the whole strat. I got up to 1500 on the ladder on Showdown! by making people forfeit.
