What are some OU pokemon that fit these criteria?

I need one more pokemon for my OU wifi team. It needs to have good synergy with the rest of my team and fit these criteria.

Swampert- Curse- Earthquake- Stealth Rock- AvalancheItem Attached: Ice GemAbility: TorrentEVs: 252 HP / 136 Def / 120 SDefCareful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)Swampert is an amazing Stealth Rock opener. After laying down some rocks, he can kill by using curse. He is a defensive beast. He pretty much wrecks all dragons, which means Hydreigon can safely destroy.

Ferrothorn- Spikes- Power Whip- Gyro Ball- Leech SeedItem Attached: Rocky HelmetAbility: Iron BarbsEVs: 252 HP / 48 Def / 208 SDefRelaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)Ferrothorn can wall like no other and coupled with Swampert, these two are the perfect dual-lead. He can take anything aimed at pretty much the entire team. What a kid!

Hydreigon- Draco Meteor- Dark Pulse- Surf- FlamethrowerItem Attached: Choice ScarfAbility: LevitateEVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 SpdModest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)This kid is amazing. His coverage is amazing, and he scares off everyone with 383 SAtk. He is basically my Volcarona counter. He absorbs attacks aimed at Scizor/Ferrothorn and Infernape.

Scizor- Superpower- U-Turn- Pursuit- Bullet PunchItem Attached: Choice BandAbility: TechnicianEVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SpdJolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)Scizor is an amazing closer. Base 135 priority? Yes please! He is an amazing revenge killer.

Togekiss- Wish- Air Slash- Aura Sphere- Thunder WaveItem Attached: BrightpowderAbility: Serene GraceEVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 SpdBold Nature (+Def, -Atk)Togekiss is great at ParaFlinching and annoying teams. Enough said.

Here are the criteria for the last pokemon.

-Needs to resist Ice, Fire, and preferably rock.-Needs to use special attacks.-Needs to be a tank.-Needs to inflict status.-Needs to well, you know, be awesome.Please include movesets, ev’s etc. Thanks in advance!

Slowbro

Resists Ice and Fire, and Can hit Rock For Super Effective damage.

Uses Special Attacks

Is definetily a Tank.

Has access to Toxic and Thunder Wave, Although I have a different Plan for Status.

Is undeniably awesome.

Trait: Regenerator

EVs: 36 HP / 252 Def / 160 SAtk / 60 SDef

Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

You can also take out Flamethrower For Slack Off, or Take away Ice beam, but both leave disadvantages while gaining some advantages.

Now onto Strategy.

Scald and Flamethrower Burn your opponent, and Slowbro Already has nice Defense, After a burn, Your opponent won’t be able to do jack crap physically to you,

Calm Mind Makes up for your Special Defense, and By 2 is more than your Physical Defending stat.
