What are the most ribbons I can obtain with Soul Silver?

I am ribbon hunting for my Jolteon, and I want to get as many ribbons as I can on it.

But aside from that, can you guys think of any other ribbons I can obtain with only the games Emerald and Soul Silver?

*Note that I’ve already migrated my Jolteon from my Emerald to Soul Silver, but provide a list with Emerald anyways; so I might start my collection all over again.
