What does the Daycare Kid mean when he says "They really seem to like hanging out!"? (ORAS)?

So i’m trying to breed a couple ralts, but I don’t know if what the kid is saying is good or not. I searched the internet for about an hour, but no website I found has information on the sayings.

I would also like to add that one ralts is English ,while the other is Spanish, so that should be good, right?
