What early-game Pokémon are good to use with Litten?

I am playing Ultra Moon with Litten as my starter Pokémon, and don’t know which Pokémon to bother using Pokéballs for and which ones to either run from or fight until it faints. Ultra Moon is the first Pokémon game I’ve played in about 10 years, so I don’t remember anything about which Pokémon are worth catching.

Hawlucha is definitely a good choice (and possibly the best) to use in USUM. Its physical attack is only 92, but its movepool puts that attack stat to very good use. When you get Hawlucha, it already knows karate chop and wing attack, which are STAB moves that let Hawlucha immediately start cleaning its way through regular trainers. They eventually upgrade to acrobatics and high jump kick, both of which have amazing base power and are easily spammable despite technically having drawbacks. Hawlucha learns other useful moves, like bulk up, stone edge, and swords dance. Very few Pokemon resist both fighting and flying attacks.
