What fast Pokemon could I use in the PWT?

All my Pokemon are slow so I was wondering if there is any fast PokemonI could use.

Option 1: Metagross

Option 2: Haxorus

Option 3: Gengar

Option 4: Starmie

You could useNinjaskwhich is the Pokemon which has the highest base speed of all non-legendary Pokemon. He also gets extra speed each turn because of his ability: Speed Boost.

Another good Pokemon to use would beAerodactylwhich is the Pokemon with the 4th highest base speed stat of all non-legendary Pokemon. It also has a high attack.

Alakazamis also a good option and it has the 9th highest base speed stat of all non-legendary Pokemon. It is also a good choice because it has a great special attack stat and can learn powerful psychic moves.
