What form is best a for a Jolly Deoxys?

Hello - Formula’s below.. Deoxys-(TYPE) can be competively usefull in numerous ways however OU/UBER’s have been used over the years for typical moveset below. As you were asking which form is best wellneither. It depends on your team, as bulky sweepers/walls/ pesky F.E.A.R tactics can kill a 1vs1 anyway.. also as a singular Pokemon its best matched in a useful team.. 2x speedy attackers, 1/2 walls, 1x healer or 2/3rd wall, legend and mega.. That’s a usual team, so i’d imagine your deoxys (1x) would be a speedy attacker, (any) type works really… AGAIN, purely depends on the team, I believe you’d have a better experience focusing on your decision' and probably games by means tested experience; playing around with various types, so you can closely match up your gaming experience vs competitive battling.

NORMAL -Deoxys @ Poison Barb (Poisons target with 70+dmg, use fling)Ability: PressureEVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SpeJolly Nature - Focus Punch (fails if user goes last)- Fling (fling item, damages enemy 70 dmg and poisons)- Throat Chop (dark attack, 2x turns enemy cant use sound moves, good vs fairys)- - psychic
Honestly, any form, really. Except maybe Attack (unless you’re running purely physical, which isn’t very good) or Defense (which is kinda poor in general but gets the job done).

The last can be swapped out with Magic Cost or Skill Swap, should you need a more gimmicky set to counter some troublesome Pokemon in the opposition.
