What is a good counter to Mega Sceptile?

How do you destroy or make work of a Mega Sceptile?

Any good Pokemon or move that is good against it that can 1 shot a Mega sceptile like this:

Well a Ludicolo would make quick work of a Mega Septile probably by using a Ice type move, I would recommend this Moveset for you.Ludicolo @ Life OrbAbility: Swift SwimEVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpeIVs: 29 HPModest Nature- Hydro Pump- Giga Drain- Ice Beam- Rain Dance
