What is a good item for this Dragonite set?

I have a rain sweeper Dragonite on my team that looks like thisDragoniteAbility: MultiscaleEVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpDModest NatureIVs: 0 Atk- Draco Meteor- Hurricane- Thunder- ProtectI have no idea what item I should give it since it meant for VGC and I already have a Pokemon with leftovers so I was hoping that someone else could know also I am thinking of replacing Drago Meteor with Dragon Pulse since as soon as it uses Drago meteor it is pretty much finishedPLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN!

Life Orb is a good item, but it negate Multiscale. Btw, your Dragonite isn’t faster. Lefties let it survive more. Since it has Protect like other VGC Pokemon. Yache berry is good, too. Because Dragonite is 4x weak to Icy wind. That slow down Dragonite. That’s why Yache berry is necessary, but lefties and life orb isn’t bad.Icy Wind, Rock Slide, Discharge, Dazzling Gleam and some other moves are very common in VGC. You need to hit hard before they can use Rock Slide or Icy wind. Focus blast would not be bad.

In my opinion, give it Yache berry. Although Lefties and Life Orb is good, too.

I agree Life Orb and Leftovers are viable options, but for a special Dragonite, I think a Sitrus Berry would be more useful because Leftovers are much too gradual for a Pokemon with no recovery (speaking of which you should switch Protect for Roost) so I think Sitrus would be better for instant recovery. More options would include a confusion berry like Wiki Berry. Also, he mentioned in the question he already has a Pokemon with leftovers, and since this is VGC he can’t use dupes items. Unless Sitrus/Wiki Berry is taken, I would use that.

Weakness Policy is just always a great item for Dragonite. Multiscale lets it survive a super-effective hit, then you get x2 to all your attacks. Also, asxtreme evoboostPewdify said, replacing Protect for Roost would be a good idea, so that you can reset your Multiscale if needed. And I would recommend you keep Draco Meteor, since VGC is usually pretty fast paced, so you’ll want the extra power to take things out as fast as possible.
