Draco Meteor is powerful STAB. Sludge Wave is coverage against Fairy types, plus allows Goomy to hit Grass types it switches in on super effectively. Thunderbolt helps against Pokemon like Mareanie and Vullaby. Toxic is becuase it doesn’t get any other good special moves. Sap Sipper allows Goomy to safely switch in to threats like Grassy Glide Grookey, and Eviolite helps it stay alive.

Special tank. Eviolite gives it extra bulk. Sap Sipper allows it to absorb Grass moves. Modest + 236 EVs maxes out its Special Attack to 16, which is pretty decent. Sludge Wave is for Fairy types. Draco Meteor is STAB. Thunderbolt its coverage that hits Vullaby. Toxic is a filler move that can wear down the opponent.

This set makes the use of the attack boost from Sap Sipper. Body Slam provides nuetral coverage and can have a chance to paralyze. Outrage is STAB. Iron Tail can deal with Ice and Fairy Types, but has shaky accuracy. Skitter Smack is for coverage.
