Recover is obvious, Giga Drain is for additional recovery and STAB, Stealth Rock is obvious, Toxic is for walls like Vullaby (though most of them are steel type). Though Lileep isn’t used as much as other walls (e.g. Ferroseed), it has reliable recovery and can safely set up stealth rock. most other walls (if not all of them) only have access to either stealth Rock or reliable recovery, not both of them which makes Lileep stand out among the rest.
