What is a good LC moveset for Machop?

While there’s much better Fighting types in LC (such as the well known Mienfoo), I enjoy using Machop from time to time. Dynamic Punch and Cross Chop are your STAB, Dynamic Punch has a 100% confusion chance, while Cross Chop has a raised critical hit rate. Bulk Up raises your Attack and Defense, while Knock Off is to deal with Psychic types, as well as the common Eviolite. Poison Jab is coverage against Fairy types, as otherwise they’d wall the set, but if you aren’t too worried about them, you can use Earthquake or Thunder Punch.

Mienfoo Is everywhere in LC.. so you need to counter that thing.

Chop, Chop, CHOP!

Machop @ Flame OrbAbility: GutsEVS: 196 Atk / 36 Def / 236 SpeJolly Nature- Bullet Punch- Protect- Close Combat- Earthquake

• Bullet Punch

A priority move which could cripple some fairy types, as If fairiesare in LC OU.

• Protect

Mienfoo always starts out with Fake out and U-Turn so this has to beused, this also activates flame orb which activates your ability Guts.

• Close Combat

OH MY GOD A 120 POWER MOVE WITH STAB?? THIS THING NEEDS CLOSE COMBATFOR SURE.

• Earthquake

Just a very powerful move, nothing about it.
