You know how the only other person that answered this said that they stole their idea from Smogon? Yeah, I stole this idea from him. Also, I know this is necroposting but this set is for Gen 8, which didn’t exist at the time that Toucanadian posted his. Sorry about that.

-Flamethrower/Fire Blast-Psychic-Clear Smog-Substitute

Let’s see here. Rather than going for a Belly Drum at the start, this is a Special Substitute Sweeper™. You get off a Substitute right away, heal from your juice, and begin sweeping. EVs are standard special sweeping EVs, with HP swapped for defense. Modest and Timid natures both lower attack, which you won’t be using, and raise special attack and speed respectively, which you’ll be using the most. Vital Spirit is there because it’s just better than Flame Body on such a fragile mon, even if you’re behind a substitute. As for the moves, Flamethrower/Fire Blast is STAB. Psychic is a strong move that can lower special defense, and offers poison and fighting coverage. Clear Smog is there if you see someone setting up and want to reset their stat changes. Substitute is, well, Substitute. I’ve been talking about it the whole time.

Thie first changes is Berry Juice > Sitrus Berry. Berry Juice is basically the Leftovers of LC, and has the added benefit of not being stolen by Pluck or Bug Bite (not sure how common those are in LC, but you never know). 29 IVs in HP make Berry Juice activate right after using Belly Drum, negating the HP loss. EVs are changed slightly so as not to interfere with Berry Juice recovery. Fire Punch and Mach Punch are keepers. Thunder Punch can be replaced with Thief in order to steal an opponent’s Berry Juice or Eviolite after your Berry Juice is gone.
