Oshawott@ Life Orb236 Att/236 Spe.Jolly NatureTorrent Ability.-Swords Dance- Aqua Jet-Sacred Sword/ Aqua Tail- Night Slash/ Aqua Tail/ Aerial AceExplanation - EVs and Nature help maximize Speed and Attack. Swords Dance and Life Orb raise its decent Attack Stat to be more Manageable. Aqua Jet and Torrent make a great STAB move. The other 2 moves are coverage. I would probably opt for Night Slash and Aerial Ace, but it is your choice.

Aqua Jet is STAB priority. Ice Beam and Air Slash both cover Oshawott’s Grass weakness, and are generally good moves anyways. Hydro Pump is more powerful, while Scald has a chance to burn your opponent, so whatever you choose.

Eviolite is for a higher chance of getting off a Swords Dance. Shell Armor prevents critical hits. Maxing out Speed and Attack makes it more of a sweeper. Jolly is for the Speed boost. Swords Dance is for boosting its Attack, allowing it to sweep better. Sacred Sword is coverage. Waterfall is STAB that’s more reliable than Aqua Tail. Return is for strong neutral coverage.
