What is a good LC moveset for Popplio?

Well since the other answers weren’t even Little Cup (for the most part), I figured I might as well through something out here.

Popplio @ Berry Juice/Life OrbAbility: Liquid VoiceLevel: 5EVs: 4 Def, 232 Sp.Atk, 232 Sp.Def, 36 SpeNature: Modest- Hyper Voice- Ice Beam- Moonblast- HP Ground/Encore

Popplio certainly isn’t great, but it’s not to spectacularly horrible. Pretty simple set, either use Berry Juice to stick around longer or Life Orb to hit harder. *Until we get the HA Gen 7 starters, replace the Ability with Torrent and Hyper Voice with Hydro Pump/Scald.
