Focus Sash is almost a must because of Snom’s garbage typing. Icy Wind and Bug Buzz are STAB. Fairy Wind is coverage. Round is a filler move, seeing as Snom’s movepool is just terrible.

Special Tank. Eviolite + Ice Scales + 196 EVs gives it decent Special Defense. 76 Defense is for a bit of physical bulk, and Modest + 236 Special Attack EVs is for boosting its Special Attacks, or, rather, its whole set. Bug Buzz is pretty strong STAB. Icy Wind is the best Special Ice STAB it has, and it lowers the targets Speed. Struggle Bug lowers the targets Special Attack, allowing it to take Special Attacks even better. Fairy Wind is coverage because it doesn’t get anything better.

bug buzz and icy wind for STABskitter smack to lower their attack!mirror coat because with Eviolite and Ice Scales you will be able to take a special move and fire back with maximum power!

Icy Wind is mediocre STAB but at least it lowers speed I guess. Fairy Wind is there because garbage movepool. Bug Buzz is your strongest STAB option. Round because movepool is garbage again but could work in LC Doubles if that will exist someday(?). Overall, it’s pretty damn bad ngl. Ice Scales+Eviolite can let it act as a solid special wall I guess, and Heavy-Duty Boots removes SR weakness but makes it die against everything else lol. Choice Specs for the, uh, the power I guess. Garbage typing, low speed, mediocre offensive stats even for a LC mon, crappy movepool, dies to stealth rocks.
