What is a good LC moveset for Swirlix?

phsycical sweeper set which shouldnt be unerrated

Late game, this set is lethal. Rarely does it not get at least 2 KOs. Calm Mind gives it more power and special bulk. Dazzling Gleam gets STAB, and wrecks anything that doesn’t resist it or isn’t a dedicated special wall after a boost or 2. Flamethrower toasts the Steel types that resist Dazzling Gleam - Surf takes out the bulky Ground types. Since Swirlix resists Mach Punch and Sucker Punch, it’s a great sweeper. The EVs maximise its special attack, while allowing it to tie with Scarfed 19 speed Pokémon after the Oran Berry’s gone.

I havent personally tried this set myself, but why not abuse its access to cotton guard?
