What is a good LC moveset for Toxel?

Toxel is terrible. Don’t use it.

Nuzzle is STAB that also paralyzes, which is nice. Power-Up Punch is coverage, hits Steels well, and boosts your Attack in order to make your other moves do more damage. Flail is coverage that works well with Sash, Encore can be used to lock the opponent into setting up, and Focus Sash + Endeavour allows it to quickly bring something down to 1 HP (plus Toxel doesn’t have many other tricks it can pull off).
