Eiscue @ Salac BerryAbility: Ice FaceEVs: 40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 SpeJolly Nature- Substitute- Belly Drum- Icicle Crash- Zen Headbutt / Liquidation / Iron Head
First, Substitute against the opponent. Then Belly Drum to get into 25% HP range, and get +6 attack and +1 Speed. Then start sweeping. You can get back Ice Face after you use a Max Hailstorm when dynamaxed.
Eiscue @ Sitrus BerryAbility: Ice FaceEVs: 252 Spe / 252 SpD / 4 AtkJolly Nature- Belly Drum- Ice Punch- Zen Headbutt- Liquidation
Opponent goes for physical attack, Ice Face activates, Belly Drum, heal from berry. Now you have max Attack and 130 base Speed. I use Ice Punch because Icicle Crash can miss. Liquidation for coverage, then either Iron Head or Zen Headbutt. I chose Zen Headbutt because Water resists Steel, Water, Ice and Fire. Without Zen Headbutt, Eiscue would lose to Water types. Unaware also destroys this set, so avoid that.
Eiscue @ Ice Rock / Light ClayAbility: Ice FaceEVs: 252 Atk / 252 SpD / 4 SpeJolly Nature- Hail- Aurora Veil- Ice Punch- Iron Head / Liquidation / Zen Headbutt
This thing is immune to Physical attacks when Hail is up, good thing it can learn Hail. Setting up Aurora Veil and 252 SpD EVs means SpD can be boosted as much as possible. Ice Punch for Physical STAB, and the last moves are for coverage. I would personally go for Iron Head to contend with other Ice types and Rock types, but anything works :)
Have fun using this set, hope I helped!
Stalling/Sweeping Eiscue:
Eiscue @ LeftoversAbility: Ice FaceEVs: 252 Atk / 252 Def / 4 SpDBrave Nature- Protect- Hail- Belly Drum- Ice Punch
Hail, then Protect when Ice Face is off. Use Belly Drum to max Attack then Ice Punch with max Attack and STAB.
Eiscue @ Weakness PolicyAbility: Ice FaceEvs: 252 Atk / 140 Spe / 112 HP / 4 SpDAdamant Nature- Liquidation- Iron Head / Zen Headbutt- Ice Punch / Icicle Crash- Hail
I can’t believe no one has thought of using a Weakness Policy, when the opponent uses a Physical Attack it will activate the Weakness Policy. If they are a special attacker, just switch out. Hail is to bring back Ice Face if you need it, I didn’t use Belly Drum because it won’t really work with the Weakness Policy. I prefer Iron Head for accuracy but you can use Zen Headbutt.
I don’t know why, but I like this guy, he’s cool. Here is a gen 9 set.
Penguicey (Eiscue) @ Salac BerryAbility: Ice FaceTera Type: Ice / Fighting / Ground / GhostEVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 DefAdamant / Jolly Nature- Substitute- Belly Drum- Icicle Crash / Ice Spinner- Reversal / Liquidation / Tera Blast [Ground]
Send this safely against a physical attacker. He will either attack you (Turning you into the ‘‘noice’’ face) or switch out to a special attacker. In that turn you can use Substitute. Then you use Belly Drum, maxing out your attack. Icicle Crash / Ice Spinner is STAB. Reversal can be used when you spam Sub until you reach 1 HP, making it a 200 bp move. Liquidation can be used to hit Fire types. Tera Ice can increase the power of your STAB, Tera Fighting can boost Reversal, Tera Ground can combo with Tera Blast to give great coverage, and Tera Ghost can make you immune to certain priority moves, mainly E-Speed.
Have fun using it!
