The off-brand version of Galarian Zapdos, aka Flamigo, has a niche on Fighting teams as a revenge killer that can hit Ghost-types with its Fighting STAB due to Scrappy. Close Combat is used for a powerful Fighting STAB that can even hit Ghost-types such as Dragapult, Gholdengo, Froslass, Sableye, and Skeledirge. Brave Bird is used for a powerful Flying STAB. Even though Facade doesn’t provide much coverage, Facade is used to allow Flamigo to dosomethingshould it get afflicted by a status condition, especially burns. If you want to use this set in lower tiers such as PU, use Roost over Facade. While Roost is wierd on a Choiced set, it’s useful to use on a predicted switch or should Flamigo’s item gets knocked off. U-turn allows Flamigo to pivot and create momentum for your team.

Pretty standard. leftovers for survivability. facade with scrappy is solid. close combat and brave bird are powerful stabs.
