Rain Stall (Luvdisc) (M) @ LeftoversAbility: HydrationEVs: 252 HP / 132 SpA / 124 SpeCalm Nature- Toxic- Rest- Hydro Pump- Substitute
This set is used to take advantage of the useful Hydration ability Luvdisc receives from Dream World. Toxic for increased damage each turn. Rest for 100% HP recovery and instant wake up at the end of the turn with Hydration. Substitute for stalling and to block status.
Rain team ONLY
Luvdisc @ Choice SpecsAbility: Swift SwimEVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HPModest Nature- Hydro Pump- Ice Beam- Hidden Power [Electric] / Hidden Power [Grass]- Scald / SurfHydro Pump for main STAB, Ice Beam covers Grass, Hidden Power [Electric] beats Water that resists everything else it has, Scald/Surf if you think Hydro Pump is too risky.
Probably another attempt at trolling competitive battlers
Luvdisc @ Damp Rock / LeftoversAbility: Swift SwimModest / Timid Nature- Hydro Pump- Ice Beam- Hidden Power [Grass]- Rain Dance
Hydro Pump is STAB, and Luvdisc needs all the power it can get, literally.Ice Beam hits Grass types, and has pretty solid coverage alongside Hydro Pump.Hidden Power [Grass] hits Water types.Rain Dance can support teammates with Rain, and also helps Luvdisc.
Oh lovely… this thing. 8 squantillion years late but idc
Luvdisc @ Assault VestAbility: Swift Swim / HydrationEVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 SpDImpish Nature-Hydro Pump-Ice Beam-Scald-Blizzard
AVest: It might actually live a hit with this
This set is mostly a joke but seems almost decent
Luvdisc @ Big Root / LeftoversAbility: Swift Swim / HydrationEVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HPBold / Calm Nature- Toxic- Protect- Lucky Chant / Safeguard- Draining Kiss / Hydro Pump / Scald
Use with rain.
My attempt on a good moveset for Luvdisc:Gen 7 ZULuvdisc @ Normalium ZAbility: Swift SwimEVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 SpeAdamant Nature- Splash- Liquidation- Bounce- Aqua Jet
Soooooo, ummmmm, you’re going to need screens support and possibly rain support in order for Luvdisc to try to raise its pitiful base 30 attack. (Yes, this is a physical Luvdisc.) Splash, when used with a Normalium-Z, turns into Z-Splash, which raises Luvdisc’s attack by 3 stages, which helps somewhat. Liquidation is STAB that has a chance to lower the opponent’s defense. Bounce is to hit grass types, even though it uses two turns. Aqua Jet is for revenge killing weakend Pokemon. So ummm, yeah, that’s my attempt at making a moveset for Luvdisc.
Use Pelipper.
Luvdisc Is horrible, It should never be used for anything, Just use It for VGC/Doubles, It’s honestly a bad support.
Luvdisc @ LeftoversAbility: Swift SwimEVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 173 SpD / 80 SpeJolly Nature- Sweet Kiss- Baby-Doll Eyes- Aqua Jet- Protect
• Sweet Kiss
Garchomp Is an attacking nightmare, Sweet Kiss could make garchomp able to hit Itself In confusion, Unless It has Lum berry.
• Baby-Doll Eyes
This isn’t a really good move.. but It lowers attack and also has priority, that’s pretty nice.
• Aqua Jet
Stab, also priority, but Luvdisc’s attack Is horrible, and Luvdisc’sattack didn’t even reach to 100, only 96 because I didn’t add anyattacking stats, but this could help for any Pokemon with Focus sashand Is about to sweep your whole team with a move that Hits all Foes.
• Rain Dance
This thing Is supposed to die and set up rain dance with It’s greatSpeed because Tyranitar Exists and the opposing player could switchout to Tyranitar and set up sand stream, so you need this move.
Role: Rain Team Supporter
