Start by using Gravity then Zap Cannon. According toBulbapedia, when gravity is in effect, the accuracy of all moves are multiplied by 5 thirds (5/3). In other words, the accuracy of all moves are multiplied by 166.666666667%. So, Zap Cannon will have 83 accuracy. But, with Zoom Lens, the current accuracy is multiplied by 20%.So, that would mean that Zap Cannon has 100% accuracy when Gravity is in effect and with Zoom Lens!Zap Cannon is a GREAT coverage against pesky water types. Power Gem is for STAB. Finally, HP Grass is for coverage against Ground Types and Water Types.

Probopass is a great Stealth Rock user in BDSP PU due to its high defenses and lots of resistances despite its 4x Ground and Fighting weakness. Having access to Body Press and Iron Defense takes advantage of the Steel-types it traps with Magnet Pull. Probopass also functioning as a slow pivot makes Probopass a good asset for teams.

Stealth Rock lets you chip opposing Pokemon switching in and is useful in BDSP PU due to the few hazard removal options in the tier. Iron Defense raises your high defense stat to take hits from physical wallbreakers. Body Press is used as your move to deal with Steel-types and is powerful when you get off an Iron Defense or two. Volt Switch is used to switch out and with Probopass' low speed, you can safely bring in a teammate.

84 Speed EVs let you outspeed Base Speed 50 Pokemon. The rest of the EVS are used in Special Defense as you will be boosting your defense stat with Iron Defense. Magnet Pull is the Ability to trap Steel-types like Wormadam-Trash and opposing Probopass.

Power Gem and Flash Cannon is for STAB, but Volt Switch could be used to get out of a tight situation. Iron Defense boosts Defenses and magnet rise is for Ground. A very bulky PU Pokemon- enjoy!

Moves:

Iron DefenseorLock-On:Iron defense is really good for a defensive Probopass, because it increases the users stats by 2 stages(?) It can be learned at level 1, or you can teach it move tutor. Combined with the Leftovers, it will really stall for awhile. Lock-On works good for an Offensive Probopass because other moves are sure to hit. This move is learned at level 50 (same for Nosepass).Zap Cannon: Is the best move that Probopass can learn. It’s learned at level 50, but has low accuracy. Of combined with Lock-On, it is sure to do some serious damage. And it also covers it’s weakness, Water.Rest: This move is really good for annoying your Opponent, because if it has high Defense/Sp. Defense and HP, it will take awhile for the opponent to lower it’s HP, and it works well with it’s ability, Sturdy. Even if it’s hit with a Fighting, Water or Ground type move, it will survive, and you can just restore it’s HP. This move is learned at level 22Snore, orPower Jem: Snore will only work when Probopass is asleep, and when it uses rest, it will be put to sleep. So why wait a few turns to attack, when you can attack the next turn. Or, you can chose Power Jem, for STAB. It has higher accuracy, and will more damage than Zap Cannon.

EPIC NOSE BOI

Nosepass @ EvioliteAbility: SturdyEVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SpDImpish Nature- Stealth Rock- Toxic- Protect- Power Gem

• Stealth Rock: Always good to set up rocks• Toxic: To deal some damage• Protect: So they take more toxic damage• Power Gem: STAB, pretty much the only decent rock move with good accuracy

Felix (Probopass) @ Choice SpecsAbility: Magnet PullEVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 DefModest Nature

Basically PU Magnezone. STABs, electric type move that allows you to pivot, deal good damage, or an Electric attack that is strong and has a high paralysis chance. All of those moves cover water types. Dazzling Gleam is coverage against Fighting types, Earth Power is good with Magnet Pull, Hidden Power Ice can replace Flash Cannon, and hits Ground types super-effectively.
