Support set for Trick Room. Revival Blessing and Trick Room are self-explanatory. Bug Buzz is my preferred STAB, as it hits the dark types that try and beat you like Meowscarada, Hydreigon, and Roaring Moon. Also, most Trick Room Teams carry at least one psychic type like Hatterene, so Psychic may be redundant there. Memento can be used in place of a psychic to bring in a free switch to its teammates, which is particularly useful on Trick Room teams, as they are very offensive. However you do lose the option to revive a Pokemon if you choose to do so, so dual STAB with psychic could also be valuable. Tera Type Steel and Leppa Berry are used to maximize its supportive capabilities, allowing it to survive more hits and revive more teammates. EVs are made to be as bulky and slow as possible for Trick Room.

Ah yes, Rabsca. One of the two Pokemon that can only use Revival Blessing Once, maybe twice if it has Leppa Berry. However, with this set, Rabsca can use Revival Blessing more than once after it uses up the PP from Revival Blessing. How? With RestTalk. Rest lets Rabsca recover HP and helps with the strategy. Because this set has only 3 moves, Sleep Talk will have a 50/50 chance to select Revival Blessing, meaning Rabsca can potentially use Revival Blessing for 16 more turns. :D This means Rabsca can be used with things like Destiny Bond Haunter or powerful wallbreakers such as Hisuian Sneasel, Bruxish, and Tauros. Tera Fairy lets Rabsca turn its Dark weakness into a resist. Leftovers gives Rabsca a little HP recovery. While this set isn’t something you would slap on most teams, it is still a funny and effective set.

A Choice Specs set for Bug teams in Monotype. Choice Specs Rabsca is one of the few answers to Dondozo on Bug teams. Psychic is used for your STAB move. Energy Ball allows Rabsca to 2HKO Specially Defensive Dondozo. Energy Ball is also useful for the Water matchup. Trick allows Rabsca to cripple defensive Pokemon by giving them an item that locks them into one move. Revival Blessing is used to revive a fainted teammate to give them a second chance at whatever they need to acomplish.
Choice Specs is used to boosts Rabsca’s breaking power. 44 Speed EVs allow Rabsca to outspeed Iron Hands, though a 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD EV spread works fine.
