Role: Special Sweeper
Seviper (M) @ Life OrbAbility: Shed SkinEVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 SpeTimid Nature- Giga Drain- Flamethrower- Sludge Wave- Hidden Power [Dark]
Flamethrower, and HP Dark for Coverage.Giga Drain for Coverage and Healing.Sludge Wave for Hard hitting STAB.
Seviper@LeftoversAbility:Shed SkinEVs: 200 HP / 56 Def / 252 SpDCarefulNature-Coil-Aqua Tail-Sucker Punch-Rest
Coilboosts his attacking power ( All moves support ) his defense, ( Enough EVs to make his boosts worth while ) and Accuracy ( Aqua Tail is now great Ground coverage. )Aqua Tailgets an accuracy boost from Coil, making it great coverage.Sucker Punchbrings in boosting and priority, which is always nice to have.Restis WAY shortened due to Shed Skin, so I have healing! :D
Role: Mixed Sweeper
Seviper @ Black Sludge / Poison BarbAbility: Shed SkinEVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SpeBrave Nature- Poison Jab- Earthquake- Flamethrower- Iron Tail
Seviper @ Black SludgeAbility: Shed SkinEVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk 252 SpeJolly Nature
Aqua Tail covers Ground, and is nice at 90 BP. Poison Jab is obligatory STAB, X-Scissor covers Psychic, Dark, and Grass (better than crunch imo) and Earthquake is for Steel types. Or use Coil for more power and defense.
Seviper @ Life OrbAbility: Shed SkinEVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SpeAdamant Nature- Poison Jab- Earthquake- Sucker Punch- Aqua Tail
Poison Jab is STAB with decent power.Earthquake rounds out the coverage nicely by hitting Rock-, Poison- and Ground-types that resists Poison Jab.Sucker Punch hits Ghosts like Misdreavus who would wall this set, without Sucker Punch. It also gives Seviper an excellent priority move to use.Aqua Tail hits Ground types like Golem and Camerupt for massive damage. If there’s a certain threat Seviper should outpseed, Jolly is an alternative.
Its kind of gimmickly but its a set you can use for doubles triples in something with trick room or straighly in trick room team, your choise.
Seviper @ Black Sludge / Leftovers (leftovers depend of your team)Ability: InfiltratorEVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 DefAdamant Nature- Final Gambit- Protect- Poison Jab- Earthquake / Knock Off / Aqua Tail
The idea its get a final shot in something big, you can protect for trick room to make its easily. If you can kill someting with STAB go agead and smash it. The final slot its coverage, knock off for psiquics, aqua tail in ground and EQ its to hit super effective hits in common counters like steel or poison. You can try this set in the speacial side with moves like sludge bomb and giga drain, dark pulse or flamethrower for coverage, all in a modest way.
Seviper @ LeftoversAbility: Shed SkinEVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpDCareful Nature- Rest- Haze- Toxic- Crunch
Simple. Haze for sweepers, shed skin rest makes it an amazing tank, toxic, no reason to say, and crunch for effecting ever type.
Role: bulky physical sweeper
Seviper @ Life OrbAbility: Shed SkinEVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpDAdamant Nature- Poison Jab- Coil- Crunch- Glare
Seviper @ Sitrus BerryAbility: Shed SkinEVs: 252 HP / 128 Atk / 128 SpAQuiet Nature- Coil- Rest- Belch- Aqua Tail
Coil raises accuracy (for belch and aqua tail), defense (for tanking hits), and attack (for aqua tail). When the sitrus berry activates, you can use Belch, which is a very, very strong STAB move. Rest heals you, and shed skin occasionally eliminates status conditions, which could wake you up early. Aqua tail is strong and covers ground.
Gen 7 PU / ZUSeviper @ Black SludgeAbility: Shed SkinEVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpDCareful Nature- Coil- Glare- Dragon Tail- Poison Jab
Coil boosts your attack, defense and accuracy. Glare paralyzes opposing Pokemon. Dragon Tail is to force opposing Pokemon out and can make Pokemon who gained stat boosts lose their stat boosts, and works well when hazards are on the opposing Pokemon’s side. Poison Jab is STAB and deals with fairy types since they can’t be phazed out by Dragon Tail.
