Sirfetch’d @ LeftoversAbility: ScrappyEVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SpeAdamant Nature- Swords Dance- Close Combat- Brave Bird- Knock Off
This works incredibly well with Dynamax. You gotta Swords Dance only when you need to. Test the waters at the beginning, throw around a few Close Combats and Knock Offs, which come off it’s crazy 135 attack stat. Sticky Web support from Galvantula helps, which also helps ensure that Sirfetch’d does not come in on Flying and Psychic types.
If it survives till late game, try Swords Dance and then boost your speed with Max Airstream, and Max Knuckle if you have already gotten a speed boost. Destroy your opponents. Real fun.
Sirfetch’d @ Choice BandAbility: ScrappyEVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpDAdamant Nature- Close Combat- Brave Bird- Knock Off- Quick Attack / Poison Jab / Leaf Blade
Scrappy Choice Banded Close Combat slams a lot of things, including now Ghost types. Brave Bird and Knock Off are coverage, and the last slot works well with most options.
Sirfetch’d@ Life OrbAbility: ScrappyEVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpDAdamant Nature- Swords Dance- Brick Break/Close Combat- Poison Jab- First Impression
Life Orb to raise power of moves. Swords Dance to increase Attack even further. Brick Break or Close Combat as STAB. Poison Jab for Fairy types. First Impression for Psychic type Pokemon and also for a powerful first turn only attack. However, you could replace this with Throat Chop, Night Slash or some other Dark type move for Psychic coverage if you don’t like the fact that First Impression is a first turn only move.

Sirfetch’d @ Choice BandAbility: ScrappyEVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 SpeAdamant / Jolly Nature
STAB Scrappy Close Combat rails almost everything. Brave Bird gets rid of Vileplume after Stealth Rock and OHKOes several Pokemon that can take a CC like Araquanid. Knock Off destroys Psychics and is good utility. Poison Jab gets rid of Sylveon while First Impression allows Sirfetch’d to revenge-kill.
252+ Atk Choice Band Sirfetch’d Poison Jab vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Sylveon: 278-328 (70.5 - 83.2%) – guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Choice Band Sirfetch’d Brave Bird vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Vileplume: 322-380 (90.9 - 107.3%) – guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
252+ Atk Choice Band Sirfetch’d Brave Bird vs. 188 HP / 0 Def Araquanid: 476-560 (146.9 - 172.8%) – guaranteed OHKO
Gen 8 NUSirfetch’d @ LeekAbility: ScrappyEVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 SpeJolly Nature- First Impression- Close Combat- Knock Off / Brave Bird- Steel Wing
A set that is meant for luring and taking out Diancie. First Impression allows you to revenge kill Pokemon like Starmie, Celebi, and Rotom-C, and also allows you to revenge kill weakened Pokémon such as Shell Smash Blastoise if put into range of getting KOed by it. Close Combat is STAB and also hits ghost types thanks to Scrappy. Knock Off is for removing items from opposing Pokémon and is also useful against switch ins like Garbodor and Talonflame (provided you don’t get burned). Brave Bird can be used instead for hitting Pokemon like Araquanid, Vileplume, and Toxicroak super effectively. Steel Wing is for hitting fairies and allows to you to 2HKO physically defensive Diancie, and can OHKO it if you get enough chip damage onto it, in this case, at least two times of switching into Stealth Rock.
TeammatesSirfetch’d loves steel types, meaning Pokemon such as Ninjask, Xatu, and Dragalge can lure in steel types and pivot on them to bring in Sirfetch’d. Flygon is also a good partner since it can use U-Turn to bring in Sirfetch’d. Rotom-C is also a good partner for Sirfetch’d, as it can deal with Mantine, a Pokemon who resists Close Combat.
Sirfetch’d @ LeekAbility: Steadfast/ScrappyEVs: 4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 SpeNature: Jolly- Superpower- Brave Bird- Knock Off- Focus Energy
Best used with Sticky Web support. The Leek plus Focus Energy always lands a Critical Hit, barring Pokemon with Abilities that prevent them, meaning you’ll never suffer from the Attack loss from Superpower. I personally prefer Steadfast over Scrappy because I feel Knock Off covers Ghosts well enough, but it’s up to preference.
Sirfetch’d @ LeekAbility: ScrappyEVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SpeedAdamant Nature- Meteor Assault- Close Combat- Leaf Blade- Swords Dance
Honestly, not too complicated. Sirfetch’d isn’t known to be great, but I love this thing when I want to troll my friends or something.
Scrappy, because duh, and leek to get a 50% critical hit in case getting a one-shot (which you probably will want, because the whole point is to surprise those friends that underestimate based on size) is a bit sketchy.Meteor Assault has an amazing base power of 150, an accuracy of 100, and though it only has a max PP of eight, let’s be honest-you don’t need a lot of PP on moves for something you’ll rarely want to use. Plus, the fact that it’s a recharge move doesn’t matter all too much, because the attack itself can often one-shot, and you still have 2 other quite viable attack options if you don’t want to use it.
Close Combat is STAB, and it has base power of 120, so it’s an easy choice. Leaf Blade is a really good grass-type move, maybe not for coverage, but you might want to use it if you’re up against a water-type and you want to just have something for that. Swords Dance may not seem like a good choice, since Sirfetch’d’s HP and defences aren’t exactly sky-high, but if you’re up against that-one-friend that decides to spam substitute and protect and roost etc on some tank with like no attack, then this is a good way to break that wall to add some attack, which will eventually make them run out of PP so you can land a one-shot blow with close-combat.
Even just if you realize that you can survive a few hits and that the game might last a while, you can also get an attack boost in.
Double Priority Sirfetch’dGen 8 NUSirfetch’d @ LeekAbility: ScrappyEVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 SpeJolly Nature- Close Combat- Knock Off- First Impression- Quick Attack
Close Combat is really powerful is STAB that can even hit ghost types thanks to Scrappy. Knock Off removes items from opposing Pokemon like Dragalge and Talonflame switching in. (be careful about using Knock Off on Talonflame, though) First Impression allows you to revenge kill psychic types and things like Rotom-Mow. Quick Attack is for priority to finish off weakned Pokemon who are faster than you if you already used First Impression.
Swords Dance Sirfetch’dGen 8 NUSirfetch’d @ Leek / Lum BerryAbility: ScrappyEVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 SpeJolly Nature- Swords Dance- Close Combat- Poison Jab- Quick Attack
Swords Dance Sirfetch’d. Swords Dance boosts your attack to an insane amount. Close Combat is strong STAB and hits ghost types thanks to Scrappy. Poison Jab is for coverage that hits Sylveon, Celebi, and Comfey super effectively. Quick Attack is useful for revenge killing faster Pokemon. Leek allows you to be able to break past Pokemon who boosted their defense and / or are behind screens. Lum Berry can be used instead to heal yourself of a status condition one time such as poisoning and burns from Scald, Flame Body, or Will-o-Wisp.
Sirfetch’d @ LeekAbility: ScrappyEVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 SpdAdamant Nature- Close Combat- Leaf Blade- Night Slash- First Impression
I’m confused nobody has pointed out this set before. With the Leek, Leaf Blade and Night Slash will ALWAYS crit. This thing will take a chunk out of almost every Pokemon. Close Combat is powerful STAB. First Impression is priority
