What is a good setup sweeper in Pokemon x and y?

I wanted to know so I can swamp the trainers at the battle maison. Out of the three available,SlurpuffMega kangaskhanCloysterMove set, evs, ability, item (if available), and where to find them(location) will CUT my research down by a lot.

Well this may be because I really like this guy but go Ampharos(I go Mega but you don’t have too)Mega—> Ampahros @AmpharositeMoveset: Confuse RayThunder/ThunderboltDragon PulseFocus BlastIf it is not mega maybe life orb or focus sashWhy confuse Ray??? Because AMPHAROS is slow and if he gets a free hit the it’s gonna be powerful and confuse Ray does it! NOBODY EXPECTS IT and that why I use it. It is 100% and it help with sweeping and just winning in general

This thing is a monster it may not look good stat wise but with its ability huge power its attack is doubled paired with belly drum gets it to insane power levels it is hard to stop even with resisted hits (but be wary of ferrothorn)-Location Route 22 of Kalos-Source personal experience using the set in battle spot
