What is holding these Pokémon from participating in Poké Transporter?

Hello everyone,

I have some issues while using Poke' Trasporter. I can’t use poke' transporter with the following Pokemon that I have in a Pokemon Black 2 cartridge to Pokemon Sun (I don’t know how the previous owner obtained this Pokemon):

In my opinion there is something wrong with Arceus and Mewtwo, but Groudon and Darkrai seem legit…

Do you might know with I can’t transfer them with Poke Transporter?

Im almost positive the Darkrai is hacked. Level 100 shiny Pokémon that you randomly get from who knows where are dead giveaways of being hacked for one reason or another 95% of the time. I’m not sure about the other three though.

They all have ribbons that they cannot legitimately obtain/don’t exist in the Pokemon bank files, therefore not allowing you to transfer them. I know this is super late after the question was posted but I’m just going around the site answering questions that don’t have the correct answers to them.
