What is the best counter for Lucario, Scizor, and Infernape?

I can’t find a really good Pokemon that counters all three with one. Those are the biggest threats to my Umbreon. Scizor can’t be poisoned, and Infernape’s and Lucario’s Close Combat is deadly! I’m thinking Emboar, but he’s too slow.

Trait: Water Absorb

EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SDef

Jellicent not only resists those fighting STABs, but also cripples those three. Surf deals with Nape, and has swell power. Will-O-Wisp puts in status. Taunt says trolled to SDance. Hex is STAB plus x2 power.

Seeing you have Umbreon, Trick room is a viable option as well. Trick Room teams screw the three main OU fighters.

MagmortarThis dude has amazing special attack and can easily counter those Pokemon with flamethrower/fire blast and psychic. Flamethrower can counter Lucario and Scizor while Psychic can counter Infernape. Then, give it 2 other special moves.
