What is the fastest way to get Meltan to Evolve into Melmetal?

Meltan requires400candies to evolve into Melmetal. What is the quickest way to get that many candies?

Walk in a straight line when using the box so more Meltan will appear. Also feed them lots of Pinap Berries.

I don’t recommend it but, you can walk with it though it takes 20 km. But I hope this helps.

Meltan can only be evolved in Pokemon Go and you need 400 meltan candies. Meltan spawn only after opening Mystery box. Mystery box is obtained, when we send one Pokemon to either Pokemon Lets Go Pikachu/ Eevee or Pokemon Home. Once activated Mystery box is open for 30 minutes (longer during bonuses) and can be reopened after 3 days. To reopen the Mystery box, you have to wait for 3 days and then send one Pokemon to either Pokemon Lets Go Pikachu/ Eevee or Pokemon Home.After opening Mystery box, Meltan start spawning around you and will spawn faster if you are walking. Catching the Pokemon gives 3 candies and using a Pinap berry adds a x2 multiplier to the Candy reward (using a Silver pinap berry adds a x2.33 multiplier to the Candy reward). During special events like Community day, Spotlight hour and other events there could be a 2x catch candy bonus. Mega evolving a Steel type Pokemon will give 1 extra candy per catch for catching Steel type Pokemon regardless of any bonus or berry.Transferring Pokemon gives 1 candy of that Pokemon, during special events you can get x2 or even x3 candies for transferring PokemonTo conclude:Obtain Mystery box, stack Ultra balls and Pinap berry and Mega Evolve a Steel type PokemonOpen the mystery box and start walking, catch Meltan after feeding it Pinap berry and use Ultra balls (as Meltan has low catch rate) this will give 3 x 2 + 1 = 7 candy per catch with pinap berry and mega bonus (and 3 x 2.33 + 1 = 8 candy per catch with silver pinap berry and mega bonus)During special events with 2x catch candy bonus, you can get 3 x 2 x 2 + 1 = 13 candy per catch with event bonus, pinap berry and mega bonus (and 3 x 2 x 2.33 + 1 = 14 candy per catch with event bonus, pinap berry and mega bonus)You can get more candies by transferring the Meltan and also by using rare candies on Meltan.If you get sufficient candies, you can evolve the Meltan or else wait for 3 more days and reopen the Mystery box and catch some more Meltan.
