What is the Haxmons and Fairy Face-Off battle?

Haxmons and Fairy Face-Offare the two new formats of battle in Pokémon Showdown.Like the name says, Haxmons possibly means all effects maybe have double the chance and Fairy Face-Off possibly means all Fairy-types and moves are banned?

I want to know the:

• Rules, how to play.- Banned list of Pokemon / items / abilities / moves.- Best strategies.

-well for strategy I suggest using mawile since only fairy types can join it and mawile is steel/fairy type so your kinda in a advantage most of the time. Just sword dance and use iron head most of the team.
