What item should I give my Lucario?

The set I have planned:Lucario @ ???EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 HpJolly NatureAbility: Justified-Close Combat-Ice punch-Iron Tail-ExtremespeedNo Life Orb please as my Flygon is holding one already or a Lucarionite as my mega is Sceptile.This is for my competitive team.

Give your Flygon a Choice Scarf instead, as:

Maximum Speed and Attack investment allow Flygon to revenge kill to the best of its ability. A Jolly nature allows Flygon to outspeed and revenge kill Choice Scarf Hydreigon, Choice Scarf Darmanitan, and +1 Haxorus.

And Choice Scarf gives it even more speed.

I’d say your best item might be muscle band since this is in game after all. You don’t want to limit yourself with choice items, don’t have enough coverage for belt. Just use muscle band

You might want to use an expert belt. It gives super effective moves more power, and your moves are super effective against 10 types, so that fits well. These are the Normal, Grass, Ice, Ground, Flying, Rock, Dragon, Dark, Steel and Fairy types. I’d otherwise suggest a choice scarf.
