What kind of EV spread should I put on my Pokémon?

Okay, I know this is going to be a long question, but I really need help. I always feel like a total noob on this website. Also, I don’t want my team judged, but just based on what I have, what should I do. Please note this is not for competitive purposes, but I would like my Pokémon to be their best selves.

Also, if you can even help out with one or two, that would be great.

For Vanillite I would do 252 SpA, 4 SpD, and 252 Spe, so when it evolves into Vanilluxe it can be decent

For Pachirisu I would do the same EVs as Vanillite

For Nidoqueen I would have 252 Hp, 252 Atk, 4 SpA

For Cobalion I would have 252 Hp, 252 Atk, 4 Def

For Reshiram I would do the same EVs as Vanillite and Pachirisu

And for Zoroark I would do 252 SpA, 252 Spe, 4 Atk
