What move should I use to finish this Mega Charizard X moveset?

I’m pretty sure the best move in this situation would be will-o-wisp. A lot of threats, including Mimikyu, Landorus, Kartana, and Hippowdon are physical attackers, and using will-o-wisp on them lets Charizard break through them much more easily.source

Well, the moveset is good. I’d prefer to go with Dragon claw or dragon rush. Because Mega charizard X recieve stab from both move and Tough claws will power up both move because they make contact. Dragon Rush has 100 base power, 75 accuracy and 20% chance to flinch and Dragon Claw has 80 power and 100% accuracy. I like Dragon claw to use on Mega Charizard X. And with Dragon dance, Tough claws and stab, It will become too much powerful. And Charizard can sweep.Hope I helped.

Here’s what I suggest.

I’d remove earthquake because flare blitz already hits steels for super effective damage, and most poison types and electric types will die to a plus 1 Flare Blitz. Roost is suggested because the recoil from flare blitz will whittle you down to be in priority KO range. The biggest thing that walls this set is Toxapex.

So I suggest adding this.

Landorus-Therian @ Flyinium ZEvs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 SpeAdamant Nature-Swords dance-Earthquake-Fly-Gravity

This gives you a ground immunity for your charizard, and this set will beat toxapex which your charizard can’t fight.
